Modalities
Types of massage offered
Swedish Massage
The gold standard of relaxation. Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic pressure to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and guide your nervous system into a deep state of calm. Perfect if you're new to massage, managing stress, or simply ready to exhale.
Best for: Stress relief · Relaxation · First-time clients · General wellness
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeted relief for stubborn tension. Deep tissue massage uses sustained pressure and focused technique to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue — releasing chronic knots, easing pain, and restoring mobility. Sessions are intense but purposeful, and always calibrated to what your body can comfortably receive.
Best for: Chronic pain · Muscle knots · Back and neck tension · Recovery
Hot Stone Massage
Warmth that goes deeper than your muscles. Smooth, heated basalt stones are placed along key areas of the body and used as an extension of the hands, melting tension with penetrating heat before deeper work begins. The result is profoundly relaxing for both body and mind.
Best for: Deep muscle relaxation · Cold-weather restoration · Stress and anxiety · Circulation
Therapeutic & Condition-Focused Work
Focused sessions drawing on myofascial release, sports and therapeutic techniques, cupping and scraping — for headaches and migraines, sciatica-related discomfort, neck and shoulder pain, and limited mobility. Every session ends with recommendations you can use between appointments.
Best for: Headaches and migraines · Sciatica discomfort · Muscle tension · Flexibility
What a session looks like
You'll arrive a few minutes early and settle in. Before any work begins, we talk about how you're feeling, where you're holding tension, and what you'd like from the hour. During the session you can adjust anything — pressure, warmth, music, or where the focus goes.
Afterward, there's no rush out the door. Massage supports relaxation and general wellness; it is not a substitute for medical care or advice.
